Pundit League is a free Premier League prediction game operated by Emil Barbuta, reachable at emil@aiquila.com. By signing in and playing, you agree to these terms. How we handle your personal data is covered separately in our privacy policy.

Who can play

You need a Google account to sign in, and you must be at least 16 years old. One person, one account.

Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your Google account secure. Your display name appears on the public leaderboard, so keep it civil — we may change or remove a name that is abusive, impersonates someone else, or is otherwise inappropriate.

No entry fee, no prizes

Pundit League is free to play. There is no entry fee, no stake, no wagering, and no monetary or material prize. The leaderboard is for bragging rights only. This is a game of prediction for fun, not a betting or gambling service.

Fair play

• Predictions lock at the deadline shown for each fixture. Once locked, they cannot be changed — this is enforced on the server, not just in the page.
• No multiple or shared accounts, and no automated or scripted entry.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the service, or to access other players' accounts or data.

Scores and results

Fixtures, kick-off times, and results come from a third-party football data feed. We do not control that feed and cannot guarantee it is complete, accurate, or timely. Scoring follows the published rules — one point for the correct outcome, with cumulated goal difference as the tiebreaker. If a fixture is postponed, abandoned, or its result is later corrected, we may recalculate the affected predictions and the standings accordingly.

Availability

The service is provided as is and as available. It is a hobby project run by one person: we do not promise uninterrupted availability, and we may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it — including the game itself — at any time.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from your profile page. We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. As explained in the privacy policy, past predictions are kept in anonymised form after deletion so other players' historical standings stay accurate.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of the service, from inaccurate fixture or result data, or from the service being unavailable. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed, and continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms.
